What does one CV include?
Use all redaction settings on the same source file, correct your selections and download again. The purchase is remembered in this browser. A newly edited source document is a different file; contact support if you need help with a correction or lost access.
Can I cancel the annual subscription?
Yes. Use Manage billing in the tool or contact support. Cancelling renewal keeps access through the paid period. No refund or statutory consumer right is excluded by this statement.
Can I move access to another browser?
Not automatically yet. Keep your Stripe receipt. If browser storage is cleared or you change devices, email support@nullifycv.com so we can verify the purchase and explain the available options. Never send us your CV for payment support.
Does the tool find every identifier?
No. Automatic detection can miss details or select text you want to retain. Review every exported document before sharing. Workflow logs are not compliance certificates.
